License, free tier and subscription
Without a license, Raily can be used as long as a plan stays small. It is unlocked in two ways:

In the browser, then, there is only the subscription. The desktop app takes both: you sign in with an account that has a subscription, or you enter a license key.
The size limit
Without a license, a plan may have 200 objects; every element is counted, including inside groups (some of the built-in objects consist of groups of triangles, which can cause editing to be unexpectedly blocked).
The warning only appears when you enlarge a plan past the limit, not when opening a large plan.
Above the limit, only select and delete still work
The plan stays visible and printable. Shrink it, sign in with an account that has a subscription, or enter a license key in the desktop app. Check again in the warning bar helps right after a purchase or signing in.
Watermark and printout
Without a license, the plan shows "Unlicensed copy" in the lower right; clicking it opens the purchase dialog. Every printed sheet carries "printed with unlicensed raily.ch" in the lower left.
Buying a license
The purchase dialog is opened by the watermark, Get Raily 5 in the warning bar, or the Raily icon → About….

You are billed in euros including tax; at checkout it is converted to your currency. A subscription also brings more storage space on the server, the purchase dialog names the amounts.
When a subscription ends, your plans stay readable, and the size limit applies again.
The license key is not valid in the browser or on tablets. Try the app on your system before buying; there is no guarantee for future operating systems.
Only clicking a purchase button contacts the payment provider Paddle, and counts as consent to its cookies.
